• Monthly tuition amount per student:
• Pre-Ballet 1-4 (ages 3+):  45 minute weekly class $50/month
• Primary Ballet 1-2 (ages 7+):  60 minute weekly class $58/month; twice weekly $98/month
• Ballet 1 (ages 9+):  75 minute weekly class $66/month; twice weekly $106/month
• Ballet 2-3 (ages 10+):  two 75 minute technique weekly $106/month
• Ballet 4 (ages 12+):  two 75 minute technique and one 60 minute pointe weekly $132/month
• Ballet 5/6 (ages 13+):  two 90 min technique and one 90 min pointe weekly $156/month; with 90 min variations $180/month
• Ballet 7/8 (ages 15+):  two 90 min technique and two 90 min pointe weekly $180/month; with 90 min variations $204/month

• Tuition for individual instruction:  $50/hour
• Costume fee per costume due with registration for the Winter Showcase (January) and by Saturday, January 10, 2026 for the Season Finale (May):
• Pre-Ballet levels $45;  Primary Ballet levels $50;  Ballet levels $55
• Fees are non-refundable once class orders are placed; Season Finale fee increases $10 after Saturday, January 17, 2026
• Typically one costume per performance for levels through Ballet 1, two for Ballet 2-4, and three for Ballet 5-8 with variations
• Registration fee:  $25 non-refundable;  $20 if paid by Saturday, July 19, 2025 (emailed, in-person, or postmarked)
• Other costs:  performance tickets and optional class portraits
• Summer Tuition ('25)

Family Discounts:  A discount of 10% off tuition and also $5 off the registration fee can be applied to each concurrent student from the same immediate family.

Tuition Details:  Tuition is due by the 1^st of each month September through May.  There is a $5 late fee for tuition not paid or postmarked by the 10^th.  Tuition is monthly based and not prorated for absences, withdrawals, or days the Academy does not hold class.  Tuition must be current prior to participation in performances.

Payments:  Payment options in order of preference are ACH auto-draft, check, or cash.  To initiate auto-draft please submit the ACH Payments Form (ensures no late fees).  The ACH Payments Form can be returned by email, mail, or placed in the tuition drop-box inside the facility.  If paying by check or cash, please indicate the student for whom payment is being made.  Checks should be made payable to TVBA and can be sent by mail or placed in the drop-box.  A service fee of $20 is due on any rejected ACH payment or returned check.
